摘    要:分析了直接空冷机组FCB运行工况对背压及给水温度的影响。介绍了各类型机组的背压控制方式,根据直接空冷机组背压控制特点,优化了机组FCB工况下的背压控制策略;改进了FCB动作时锅炉给水温度的控制方式。优化改进后的试验证明,FCB工况下机组背压及给水温度未发生大幅波动,解决了机组FCB动作后背压及给水温度等主要运行参数的控制难题,保证了机组在FCB工况下的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Analysed the FCB operation mode effects to the back pressure and feed water temperature in direct dry cooling unit. Described the back pressure control mode on various types of units, optimized the back pressure control strategy under FCB condition according to the characteristics of back pressure control method, improved the control mode of boiler feedwater temperature while FCB action. The optimization test proved that unit back pressure and feed water temperature did not occur fluctuations in condition of FCB after improved, resolved the control difficulty of back pressure and feed water temperature while the action of FCB, guaranteed the unit operation safety and stability in FCB condition.
