摘    要:介绍了一种新的基于超级电容的电动车制动能量回收技术和装置,装置由机械式能量转换装置、超级电容蓄能装置和升压监控电路3部分构成。升压监控电路采用PWM斩波升压原理实现了电能从超级电容缓冲器到蓄电池的回馈。对电动车制动能量回收系统进行了理论分析、建模和仿真,介绍了电动车制动能量回收系统的路面实验。实验表明运用该技术,能量回收率可达9%,城市路况下一次续行里程平均可提高24.6%。

Abstract:A novel technique referring regenerative brake for electric bicycle has been implemented. This device includes an ultracapacitor based accumulator, a mechanical energy transducer and PWM based boost circuit which realize the energy control and monitor from ultra -capacitor to battery. Theory modeling and Simulation has been proposed later, followed by the road experiment of the system. The result indicates that it is possible to recover 9% energy in one braking process, and 24.6% range improvement has been achieved under urban road conditions.
