活塞压缩机气阀故障的高阶谱特征研究

摘    要:研究了基于高阶谱的活塞压缩机气阀故障特征提取方法,分析了2D12活塞压缩机气阀正常、阀片断裂故障、弹簧损坏故障及阀片有缺口故障4种状态下的高阶谱特征。结果表明:高阶谱方法能够较准确地提取气阀的各种故障特征。

Abstract:The extracted approach of fault characters based on high order spectrum for the gas valves of piston compressors is investigated. Four kinds of high order spectrum characters including normal valve plane, cracked valve plane, deteriorated spring and notch valve plane are analyzed. The result shows high order spectrum can extract the fault characters of gas valves efficiently.
