转炉终点成分分析传递模式研究

为提高转炉终点成分分析速度,在保证转炉冶炼正常的生产条件下,宣钢实验室优化分析流程、改进取样设备、规范制样操作、增加同步显示器,提高了转炉终点分析效率,改善了样品取样制样的质量,降低了残样的出现频率,取样成功率比改进前提高约17%,信息传输正确率达到100%。改进后,从取样到分析结果传输最多节约了3 min,提高了样品分析准确率,降低了生产成本。

RESEARCH ABOUT TRANSFERRING MODEL OF END COMPOSITION ANALYSIS FOR CONVERTER

To speed up end composition analysis for converter, the improving measures are adopted in laboratory of Xuan Steel:optimizing analysis flow, reforming sampling equipment, regulating sampling op-eration, adding synchronization display, and so the end ana lysis efficine cy of converter raised, sampling quality improved, the residual sample rate reduced, the success ratio of sampling increased by about 17%than that before improvement, information transferring accuracy reached 100%.After the improvement, the prco edure from sampling to getting the analysis result is at most faster by 3 minutes, sample analysis accuracy improved, the production cost reduced.
