含硼结构级镀锌钢带热轧工艺优化

摘    要:为开发高质量含硼结构级热镀锌产品,以含硼与无硼的美标SS340热轧镀锌钢带为研究对象,由原料热轧钢带生产入手,运用力学拉伸试验、金相组织观察、TEM手段,对比分析了硼元素对其性能的影响。结果表明,微合金元素硼加入后,形成BN强化相,明显使热轧钢带基体晶粒粗大,引起屈服强度值降低。优化热轧工艺参数和化学成分后,提升了含硼热轧钢带的屈服强度,可以保证最终镀锌产品的性能。

OPTIMIZATION OF HOT-ROLLING PROCESS FOR BORON-BEARING CONSTRUCTION-LEVEL GALVANIZATION STEEL STRIP
Abstract:To develop high-quality boron-bearing constructional -level hot galvanization product, with boron-bearing or no -boron American Standard SS340 hot -rolling galvanized steel strip as research objects, starting from raw material, with means of mechanical tensile test, metallographic structure view, TEM, the influence of element boron on the properties of this kind of steels is compared and analyzed.It is showed that to add micro -alloy element boron forms BN strengthening phase, obviously causes coarse matrix grain in the hot -rolling steel strip, and yield strength getting lower.After hot -rolling process parameters and chemical composition optimized, the yield strength of boron-bearing hot-rolling steel strip is increased, can guarantees the performance of last galvanized products.
