摘    要:承钢烧结机供料区域运输皮带的额定料量在1 000 t/h以上,实际运输皮带的料量不足额定料量的40%,存在空转、轻载运输现象,电力单耗居高不下。皮带频繁的启/停造成机械和电气故障率高,设备利用率降低,这种现状迫使运输皮带机配套的除尘风机只能长时间运转,进一步增加了电能的浪费。从工艺、设备、管理角度出发,以提高设备控制技术水平为基础,构建了设备运行状况可视化监督平台;以提高供料与除尘设备效益最大化为目的,采取了一系列改进措施,取得了较好效果。

DISCUSSION ABOUT OPTIMIZATION CONTROL OF DUST COLLECTING FAN IN MATERIAL FEEDING SYSTEM OF SINTERING MACHINE
Abstract:The rated material quantity of transport conveyer belt in material feeding area for sintering machine is over 1 000 ton per hour, but actual transported quantity is less than 40 percent of rated, much empty or light load transportation existed, the electric power unit-consumption kept at a high value.And the frequent start/stop of belt makes much mechanical and electric breakdown, and equipment utilization rate low, and this situation forces the dust collecting fan attached to the belt operate in a long time and further increases the electric power wasted.A equipment operation status visible monitoring platform is constructed from the angle of process, equipment and management and based on the improvement of equipment control technique level;with maximum profit of materials feeding and dust collecting equipment as target, a series of improving measures is adopted, good effect got.
