| 摘 要： | 结合某市文化中心椭球造型钢结构工程实例,简要介绍了椭球体的加工制作难点及相应的控制要点.用三维空间建模结合平面放样,准确定位控制点,做出加工详图,采用四心法近似画出椭圆,找出近似半径,对经纬管进行拉弯,再放在工装胎模上进行精校,然后进行分片拼装.最后阐述了椭球体安装方法及控制要点.

| Abstract: | Combined with an engineering case of ellipsoidal shape steel structure construction in a city cultural center,the paper introduces the ellipsoid fabricating difficulties and the corresponding control points,accurately positioning of the control points,three-dimensional modeling combined with plane lofting,processing detail drawing,ellipsoidal drawing by adopting four-center method,the approximate radius deciding,the latitude pipe bending,fine collation on frock tire mold,and assembling separately.Finally,the installation of ellipsoid and the controlling key points are illustrated. |
