摘    要:研究了氢氧化铝对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯CM140B阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,无机阻燃剂氢氧化铝单用时.在胶料中需填充较多份数才能达到一定的阻燃要求,但硫化胶的物理机械性能下降;并用适量的三氧化二锑和氯化石蜡之后,氢氧化铝不需填充很多份数就可以达到较高阻燃要求,同时不会对硫化胶物理机械性能产生较大影响。在实验范围内,阻燃剂粒径大小对阻燃性能影响不大,但硫化胶的物理机械性能随粒径的增大而下降。

Abstract:The effects of aluminium hydroxide on the flame retardant property of CM140B were researched. The results showed that when inorganic flame retarder aluminium hydroxide was used alone and added in a larg quantities, the mixture had a certain extent of flame retardant requirement,and the physical-mechanical properties of the vulcanizate dropped; the mixture had high flame retardant requirement by blending antimony trioxide and chlorinated paraffin,and by decreasing the dosage of aluminium hydroxide,at the same time the properties of the vulcanizate had no larger effects. The particle diameter of flame retarder had a little effect on the flame retardant property of the vulcanizate in the scope of the experiment,while the physical-mechanical properties dropped with the increase of the particle diameter.
