焊后热处理消除P91钢管焊接残余应力的数值分析

摘    要:根据2002/2004电力规程和P91钢工艺导论确定焊接工艺和焊后热处理工艺,建立P91钢管焊后热处理分析的有限元模型。研究热处理前后周向残余应力的分布。有限元结果表明焊后热处理能有效地改善P91钢管的焊接残余应力分布,降低应力峰值,消除残余应力效果较为明显,可提高接头的综合力学性能。

Abstract:According to 2002/2004 Power Rulers and P91 Steel's Processes Index,the welding processes and the postweld heat treatment processes of P91 steel are described and postweld heat treatment modeling of P91 pipe using the finite element method is presented.The distribution of circumferential residual stress of welding statuses and postweld heat treatment statuses are analyzed used by finite element method.The results of finite element analysis show that the postweld heat treatment process improves the distribution of welding residual stress of P91 pipes effectively and reduces stress peaks.It also could remove residual stress obviously and enhance joint's mechanics performance.
