| 摘 要： | 目前水利工程施工招标综合评分法中计算报分的方法主要有三种,分别是:①设置标底法;②不设置标底法;③复合标底法。本文分析了三种方法各自存在的问题,在此基础上提出了第四种方法——最高限价法,并分析了它与前面三种方法相比所具有的优点。

| Abstract: | At present, the main calculation method of bidding price value construction bidding for water conservancy works is' as follows: (1) setting starting bidding price; (2) not setting starting bidding lining price; (3) integration of the above two methods. The paper analyses problems existing in the three methods. Finally, the authors put forward the fourth-price ceiling method and analyses the advantages compared with the foresaid three methods. |
