| 摘 要： | 随着海上石油勘探开发的发展,移动式钻井平台应运而生。这种平台在海上作业时难免会遭遇意外事故,因此,石油公司通常与保险公司签订有关移动式钻井平台保险的合同,以转嫁风险。本文介绍了海上移动式钻井平台保险业务,并运用海商法和保险法的基本原理,分析了海上移动式钻井平台保险合同的格式条款,在此基础上,对特别条款的制定提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Mobile Drilling Rigs,which were contrived with the development of offshore oil exploration and exploitation,are inevitably combined with accidents during in operation.Oil companies always sign insurance contracts with insurance companies in order to minimise their risks.This paper gives introductions to the insurance business of mobile offshore drilling rig,analyses the standard clauses of insurance contracts based on basic theories of maritime law and insurance law and presents some proposals for special clauses. |
