| 摘 要： | 云南大朝山水电有限责任公司既面临着西电东送的大好时机，也面临着竞价上网的市场机制的挑战。公司分析了经营环境，找准了定位，明确了发展目标，制定了5年发展规划。公司将通过建立精简高效和适应市场环境的组织机构，来保障这些目标的实现。公司注意加强内部管理和提高核心竞争力，实行科学管理，将企业做实、做强，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The Yunnan Dachaoshan Hydropower Company Ltd now not only comes face to face with the good opportunity of power transmission from west to east but also is confronted with the challenge of market mechanism change The Company has analyzed the operation environment, determined its development orientation and clear aims, and made a five year development plan The Company will ensure the realization of these aims through setting up simplification, efficient organizations suitable to the market environment The Company will strengthen the internal management, increase its core competitive forces and carry out scientific management to realize sustainable development |
