摘    要:目的利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)检测新鲜天麻的营养元素并进行对比分析研究,为新鲜天麻的开发利用提供数据。方法用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对昭通彝良小草坝新鲜天麻中钙、铁、钾、镁、钠、硼、铝、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、蛋白质等营养成分进行测试分析。结果无论新鲜春麻和冬麻,尽管各营养成分略有差异,均含有丰富的人体必需微量营养元素。结论通过对各营养成分的检测结果进行分析评价,为进一步开发利用天麻提供基础信息。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nutritional elements of fresh Gastrodia elata by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), so as to provide data for the development and utilization of fresh Gastrodia elata. Methods The content of calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, sodium, boron, aluminum, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper, protein and other nutrient compositions of fresh Gastrodia elata in Xiaocaoba, Zhaotong were determined and analyzed by ICP-MS. Results Regardless of the fresh spring and winter Gastrodia elata and despite the slight differences in nutritional components, they were rich in human essential trace elements. Conclusion From the analysis and evaluation of detection results of various nutrients, it provides basic information for further development and utilization of Gastrodia elata.
