摘    要:介绍了我国已建成的重型燃气轮机转子一轴承系统综合试验平台,并对某电厂的燃气轮机联合发电机组的轴系振动进行了现场测试.结果表明:在燃气轮机整个启停过程和在额定转速下运行时,转子轴承系统运行平稳,表明该转子轴承系统设计合理,转子动平衡良好.建成的燃气轮机转子轴承系统综合试验平台为我国重型燃气轮机转子一轴承系统的自主设计和发展提供了试验条件.

Abstract:An introduction is being presented to a domestic comprehensive test-rig for rotor-bearing system of heavy-duty gas turbines, with which a field shafting vibration test has been carried out to a gas-steam combined cycle power generation unit. Results show that throughout the start-up, shut-down and operation period at rated speed of the gas turbine, the rotor-bearing system can operate stably, which is proved to be reasonably designed with good performance of dynamic balancing of rotor. The test-rig may serve as a reference for design and development of rotor-bearing system for domestic heavy-duty gas turbines.
