摘    要:文章介绍了锅炉磨煤机分离器存在诸多问题,分析了磨煤机原径向分离器存在的缺点,通过对设备调研、论证,确定优化改造方案,并在机组大修中实施。通过改造磨煤机分离器,取得了显著效果,切实降低了煤耗。

Abstract:The paper introduces several problems of boiler pulverizing mill separator, and analyzes defect of original radial separator of pulverizing mill, through investigating and repeating demonstration, the reforming optimization scheme has been confirmed, and has been prosecuted in units overhaul. The reforming obtains favorable effect and feasible reduces coal consumption.
