| 摘 要： | 为了快速、方便、准确地获得锅炉的热效率及各项热损失,利用Visual Basic语言编辑锅炉热平衡在线计算程序。通过输入锅炉基本参数、燃料接收基成分以及自动获取现场测量数据,可以计算出锅炉当前的热效率;同时通过设置工作条件,用户在自定义记录查询界面上还可以研究不同富氧度和排烟温度条件下的锅炉热效率,以便调整锅炉的运行,以实现最佳的经济技术指标。

| Abstract: | In order to obtain the thermal efficiency rapidly,conveniently and exactly and all sorts of thermal loss in stoker-fired boiler,Visual Basic program has been used to edit the thermal balance online program.It can be used to compute present thermal efficiency of stoker-fired boiler by inputting some data,including basic parameters of the boiler,ingredients of the fuel and auto measure mout received in spot inspection.At the same time,users may study thermal efficiency of stoker-fired boiler in different rich-oxygen and flue gas temperature by self-defined record and inquiry interface in order to adjust the running of stoker-fired boiler and realize the best economic and technical norms. |
