微波辐射丙烯酸酯自由基聚合研究进展

摘    要:由于微波辐射反应速率快、转化率高、节省能源等优点,在丙烯酸酯的聚合反应中应用越来越广泛。介绍了微波加速反应的机理;从微波辐射丙烯酸酯的常规自由基聚合和活性自由基聚合两方面综述了微波辐射丙烯酸酯自由基聚合的研究进展;总结了微波辐射技术应用于丙烯酸酯聚合的优缺点。

Abstract:In recent years, microwave radiation has been widely used in the polymerization of acrylate due to its advantages such as faster reaction rate, higher conversions and energy saving. This review summarizes the progress of microwave-assisted acrylate polymerization from two aspects., free radical polymerization and living radical polymerization. The advantages and disadvantages of applying microwave irradiation in acrylate polymerization are then discussed.
