基于虚拟样机技术的轴向柱塞泵仿真分析

摘    要:针对轴向柱塞泵的特殊结构,采用虚拟样机技术在计算机上建立液压系统的虚拟样机模型,对轴向柱塞泵的运动学特性、动力学特性等进行分析,得到了轴向柱塞泵的运动学和动力学特性,包括柱塞位移、速度和输出压力特性。通过分析发现本泵的压力比普通泵的压力提高了1倍,同时可以通过适当降低传动轴转速来降低柱塞泵的振动。

Abstract:On the special structure of the axial piston pump,the virtual prototype of the axial piston pump was built by the virtual prototype technology.After building this model,the kinematics and dynamics characteristics have been gained,including the displacement and speed characteristic of piston,hydraulic pressure output characteristic and so on.After the analysis,hydraulic pressure of this pump is twice as much as ordinary pumps,The decrease of the vibration,and the speed suitably is a good choice.
