火山灰混凝土强度及耐久性试验研究

摘    要:通过混凝土强度及耐久性试验,探讨火山灰在不同掺加量条件下对混凝土强度及耐久性的影响。研究表明,不同火山灰掺量水平的火山灰混凝土90天内的强度增长速率与基准混凝土大致相同,火山灰掺量越高,强度越低;火山灰掺加量水平对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响甚小,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能总体较好,抗腐蚀系数均大于0.8,各掺加量的火山灰混凝土抗渗性能良好。

Abstract:The research is to study the impact on cement strength and durability with different pozzolanic materials mixture ratios.An analysis of experiment results yields that blended cement produces approximately the same compressive strength growth rate within a 90 day aging period in comparison to the standard cement 90 day aging period.In general,the higher the pozzolanic materials mizture ratio in blended cement,the less compressive strength the cement produces.The research has further concluded that different pozzolanic materials mixture ratios in cement have little impact on the cement compressive strength,the strength of dielectric flux and that the corrosion resistant coefficient rate is greater than 0.8 with good water resistant ability.
