| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后，对知识产权的重视以及相关经验的积累都刚刚开始，这使得我国许多行业在全球化的竞争中明显处于劣势．通过对国内金属轧制领域专利的分析，勾勒出当前金属轧制专利格局，并进一步提出了WTO专利体系下对我国金属轧制的启示．

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO, attention has just begun to be paid to the intellectual property and related experience begins to accumulate, which leads to a disadvantageous situation of many Chinese industries in the global competition environment.By analyzing the patents in metal rolling field, this paper outlines the situation of present patents in metal rolling field and puts forward the revelation of the WTO patent system to China's metal rolling industries. |
