| 摘 要： | 以软骨材料的研究和应用为背景,在分析了海藻酸钙作为软骨材料的研究现状和应用前景的基础上,制备了海藻酸钙凝胶微球软膏填充材料,考察了材料的粒径、含水量、凝胶速率、力学性能和溶胀性能,了解了材料组分、配比对材料性能的影响;通过对凝胶微球表面形貌的观察察,了解了凝胶微球表面的特点,通过红外光谱的分析,了解了凝胶反应对凝胶材料谱峰的影响.
