N-甲基-4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成研究

摘    要:以4-硝基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,碳酸二甲酯作为甲基化试剂制备N-甲基-4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,优化各反应条件,收率达78%;再经铁粉还原制备N-甲基-4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,优化各反应条件,收率达91.5%。

Abstract:N-methyl-4-nitrophthalimide was synthesized from 4-nitrophthalimide and dimethylcarbonate.After the reaction condition was optimized,the yeild of N-methyl-4-nitrophthalimide reached 78%.Then,N-methyl-4-nitrophthalimide was reduced by Fe powder.After the reaction condition was optimized,the yeild of N-methyl-4-aminophthalimide reached 78%.
