| Abstract: | The necessity and urgency of improvement in inspection of current torpedo are discussed through analysis of advantage and disadvantage of the current item-by-item inspection for torpedo acceptance. Four prerequisites to sample inspection that have to be met are put forward while comments upon the realization of sample inspection are made. |
