摘    要:利用强流低能氘离子束轰击由吸氢金属形成的氘自吸收靶,研究固体内D-D聚变反应规律。并通过对实验测得的D-D聚变伴随粒子能谱,探索D-D聚变反应与靶材料结构的相关性。同时,利用氘团簇离子(d^+3)氘核(d^+)束轰击吸氘固体,研究固体内D-D聚变反应的特性。实验中观测到了伴随离子能谱中介于质子峰(3MeV)和氚峰(1MeV)之间的一个宽峰。结果分析表明,该峰是由固体靶内超出离子射程几倍至十几倍处发

Abstract:Low energy deuteriurn ion beam with high beam density was used to bombard deuterated metal target. In order to study the D-D reaction in solid, the relation of D-D reaction in solid and the material structure was studied by analyzing the charged particle spectra of D-D fusion. At the same time, the deuterium cluster-ion beam and deuteron beam were applied to identify the features of D-D fusion beyond the triplantation range of ions. An unknown peak, which appeared between the proton peak (3MeV) and triton peak (1MeV), was observed. It is identified to be proton peak of the D-D fusion, which occurred far beyond the ion beam implanting range in solid. The isolated deuteron gave higher fusion reaction yield, comparing with the deuteron in cluster-ion with the same velocity. Some interpretations about the experimental phenomena were discussed, based on the basic principles of beam-solid interaction and channeling effect.
