基于多信号模型的电路板TPS开发方法研究

摘    要:结合电路板测试程序集的开发现状和开发经验,提出了一种基于多信号模型的电路板TPS开发方法;首先给出了多信号模型方法的定义和表示,然后结合示例根据其有向图得到组成单元故障和测试之间的相关矩阵,最后通过相关矩阵的简化和测试的优选制定出被测电路板的故障诊断策略,完成电路板TPS开发;该方法通用性好,适用于不同类型的电路板和武器系统其他装备;实践证明,该方法提高了电路板TPS开发效率和质量,降低了对开发人员的要求。

Abstract:Combined with the status and experience of Printed Circuit Board(PCB) test program set(TPS) development,a method of PCB TPS development based on multisignal model is put forward.The definition and representation of multisignal model are introduced.Then,through an example the dependency matrix of fault and test is given by the relationship graph.Finally,the fault diagnosis strategy is made by predigesting the dependency matrix and selecting the test,with the diagnosis strategy we can finish the work of TPS development.This method has good convenience,it can be used in different types of PCB and other equipments of weapon system.Application proves that with our PCB TPS development method,the efficiency and quality of development is increased and the request of development engineer is degraded.
