不锈钢换热管热网加热器换热管泄漏原因分析

摘    要:不锈钢管热网加热器在使用过程中往往会出现换热管的泄漏,轻则造成供热中断,重则影响热电厂的安全运行。本文通过对不锈钢换热管进行各种试验分析,得出氯离子在拉应力作用下对不锈钢产生的应力腐蚀,是造成不锈钢换热管破裂的直接原因,并提出不锈钢管热网加热器的加工和运行注意事项。

Abstract:During the operation of the District Heater,the leakage usually occurred on the S.S. heat exchanging tube which maybe halted the heating-supply and even more seriously affect the safe operation of the power plant. The purpose of this article is trying to find the causing of the cracking through vary tests to the S. S tubes.
