摘    要:牡丹江第二发电厂 2号机在近几年的运行过程中 ,经常发生负荷摆动现象。经过进行系统分析 ,发现负荷的摆动经常伴随喷嘴油压的变化 ,确定为油泵轴向推力小 ,主油泵转子带动调整速器发生轴向周期性窜动 ,造成机组负荷摆动。经过对主油泵密封环及联轴器的改进 ,解决了 2号机组负荷摆动的现象

Abstract:In recent years,the load swing problems often occurred on No 2 steam turbine in Mudanjiang No 2 power plant.It was found that it always took place with the variation of nozzle oil.So the reason that cause load swing could be:The axial thrust of main oil pump was too small,the speed governor along with the rotor moved periodicity in axial derection,then the load swing occurred.The problem was solved by the improvement of coupling and sealing ring of main oil pump.
