| 摘 要： | 根据国家核安全相关法规的要求，上海核安全监督站在秦山第三核电厂调试阶段多次进行了调试专项监督检查；在运行阶段，拓展了专项监督检查的范围、内容和方法。本文总结了上海监督站专项监督检查的实施情况，以及开展专项监督检查的收获和体会。

| Abstract: | According to rules and codes of National Nuclear Safety,Shanghai Regional Office(SRO) carried out the specific inspecting items in commissioning of CANDU,Third Qinshan Nuclear Power COMPANY Ltd.(TQNP).In operation stage,SRO widened the scope,content and method of specific in- spections.This paper summarizes the implementation of specific inspections and the experiences of imple- menting specific inspections by Shanghai Regional Office. |
