经编珊瑚绒用多孔细旦涤纶拉伸变形丝的生产技术

摘    要:介绍采用预取向丝—拉伸变形丝(POY—DTY)工艺路线生产167 dtex/288 f经编珊瑚绒用多孔细旦涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY)的生产技术。结果表明:提高纺丝温度,延缓冷却条件,适当提高集束上油位置,降低纺速,增加POY预网络,加弹选用硬度偏低的聚氨酯摩擦盘及优化组合,增加预网络工序,并选择低的中网络压力,选择合适的工艺参数,可以生产出满足经编珊瑚绒用多孔细旦涤纶DTY。

Abstract:Technology of producing 167 dtex/288 f porous micro denier polyester (PET) draw textured yarn (DTY) for coral fleece with warp knitting is introduced. It is showed that porous micro denier PET DTY for coral fleece can be produced by raising spinning temperature, delaying cooling condition, heighting yarn collection position, reducing spinning speed, adding POY pre-interlacing jet, using low hardness PU disc as well as the optimum combination, adding pre-interlacing procedure, reducing middle-interlacing jet pressure and selecting suitable process parameters.
