| 摘 要： | 介绍了PET-PTT复合弹性纤维的生产工艺流程,复合纺丝和牵伸定形设备以及工艺参数控制,得出结论:采用精心设计的复合纺丝生产设备,配置高质量的并列型复合纺丝组件,选择合适的原料和控制适当的生产工艺条件,可以稳定地工业化生产PET-PTT复合弹性纤维。

| Abstract: | The production process, composite spinning and drawing equipment of PET-PTT composite elastic fiber as well as its parameters control are introduced. The conclusion is that the stable industrial production of PET-PTT composite elastic fiber can be realized with well design of composite spinning equipment, high quality side-by-side spin-pack and selecting suitable raw material and optimal production process. |
