王化云在黄河治理方略上的探索与实践

新中国成立后的60年，伴随人们对黄河内在规律认识的逐步加深，先后提出了“宽河固堤”“蓄水拦沙”、“上拦下排，两岸分滞”和…上拦下排、两岸分滞’控制洪水；‘拦、排、放、调、挖处理和利用泥沙”等多个黄河治理方略。通过对文献资料的分析研究，揭示了黄河治理方略的演变与发展，重点阐述了王化云为此作出的贡献。

Wang Huayun's contribution on the exploration and practice of yellow river harnessing strategy

Since the founding of People＇s Republic of China in 1949, our understanding on the inherent rules of the Yellow River has approached to a great external. Based on the research of some relevant literature, this paper presented Wang Huayn＇s contribution on the evolution and development of the Yellow River harnessing strategy, related to as “ wide flood plain, solid embankment”, “water storage and sediment detention”, “upper holding, lower discharge for flood control”, “retaining, discharging, desilting, regulation and dredging”, etc.
