冲击载荷下钨在铁和镍中的扩散

摘    要:用一级轻气炮对钨、铁、镍扩散耦施加动载荷,用能谱仪(EDX)分析钨在铁、镍中的扩散,并计算冲击压缩在铁、镍中产生的温升。结果表明,在961m/s速度的飞片撞击下,铁、镍扩散面上的冲击波压力分别是13.6GPa和19.12GPa;钨原子在铁、镍中的扩散系数分别是76×12-2cm2/s和1.35×10-2cm2/s;冲击作用在铁、镍中产生的温升是70℃和90℃。这个温升不会使钨原子在铁、镍中发生明显扩散。

Abstract:A gas gun was used to subject the diffusion couple of tungsten, iron and ni- ckel to shock loading, EDX was used to analyse the diffusion of tungsten in iron, nickel and the temperature rising in iron, nickel produced by shock compression was calculated. The experiment results show that when the velocity of flyer plate is 961m/s, shock pressure on the diffusion surface of iron and nickel is 13.6GPa and 19.12GPa, the diffusion coefficient of tungsten in iron and nickel is 76×10 -2 cm 2/s and 1.35×10 -2 cm 2/s, the temperature in iron and nickel is 70℃ and 90℃. The temperature can not make tungsten diffuse evidential into iron and nickel.
