| 摘 要： | 阐述了敏捷制造、虚拟制造的概念及内涵,阐明了计算机辅助设计／计算机辅助制造／计算机辅助工程对敏捷制造的重要意义,并强调了ＣＴ在计算机辅助敏捷制造中的关键作用。探讨了ＣＴ辅助敏捷制造中两个关键的技术问题：一是如何从感兴趣部件的ＣＴ图像中获取ＣＡＤ模型;二是如何提高ＣＴ的空间分辨率。

Research on application of CT-assisted agile manufacturing |

| Abstract: | The first decade of 21st century will be the decade of Agility, and it will witness virtual reality, small lot production and just in time delivery in manufacturing. In this paper, the conception and connotation of agile manufacturing and virtual manufacturing is expounded, the importance of the application of CAD/CAM/CAE for agile manufacturing is expatiates on , and the significance of CT application on computer aided agile manufacturing is emphasized. This paper also discusses on two pivotal technical problems on the application of CT assisted agile manufacturing. The first one is how to acquire the CAD model of a part of interest from its CT image, and the second is how to enhance the dimensional resolution of CT system. |
