摘 要: | 本文对起重机减速器的承载能力和选用方法的分析表明,工作级别M1-M8中,其相邻级别按1.12的比例折算功率稍大但比较接近于理论值,把M5的额定功率确定为连续工作状况的2倍则与理论值相差过大,因此,硬齿面齿轮减速器没有必要再去划分工作级别,通用的选用2方法同样适用于志重机减速器的选用。

Abstract: | In this paper, the analysis on loadcapacity and method of selection for crane reducers indicates that:within the operation grades form M 1 to M 8, the power is a little bit larger but comparatively closer to the theoretical values in accordance with a conversion ratio of 1.12 between the adjacent grades,but the power is too much bigger than the theoretical value if the rated power of M 5 is determined as two times of that in the continuous working condition. Thus,it is not necessary any more to make divisions of operation grades for reducers with gears of hardened tooth surface. The geheral selection method will be equally suitable for the selection of crane reducers. |
