CALS数字化信息环境发展与应用研究

我国企业在推行信息化建设进程中，由于缺乏一种统一的、系统而全面的技术方案和发展战略，导致出现“自动化孤岛”现象。CALS作为一种在全球广泛推广与应用的数字化信息环境，对指导我国的信息化建设与促进科技工业的发展都具有十分重要的意义。该文介绍了CALS数字化信息环境的产生发展与基本原理，提出了CALS完善的数字化信息环境体系结构，在总结CALS信息环境在军事与民用领域的应用情况以及介绍CALS信息环境下的技术应用后，阐述了在我国启动和推广CALS建设的必要性，并对我国进行CALS建设提出了建议。

Development of CALS Digital Information Environment and Its Application

In the course of enterprises' informationalization in China, for lack of an unifiable and perfect technical method or developing strategy, there are some isolated automatization islands. As a digital information environment widely used abroad, CALS is very important to our country's informationalization and the industry's development. This paper introduces the creation and the development of CALS's digital information environment, including the basic theory, and advances the perfect architecture of CALS. It summarizes the application of the CALS in the military and civilian fields, and the application technology. At last it proposes the necessity of spreading CALS in our country, and offers two proposals.
