负温高性能混凝土抗冻性试验研究

摘    要:按SD10 5 - 82《水工混凝土试验规程》采用快速冻融法对负温混凝土进行抗冻性能试验研究。在分别研究引气、减水、无机盐等组份和粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺合料对 - 5℃环境下的负温混凝土抗冻性能影响的基础上 ,复配并优化了FD - 1型外加剂组份设计 ,并用它配制了 - 5℃环境下负温混凝土。试验结果表明FD - 1型外加剂具备较好抗冻性能

Abstract:Adopting rapid freezing-thawing experiment approach(SD105-82),the anti-freezing property of negative temperature high performance concrete(NTHPC)is studied.Basis on the effect on anti-freezing of NTHPC in-5℃ environment by each component such as air-entraining,water-reducer,inorganic mineral,fly ash and silica fume etc,FD-1 composite admizture is manufactured and ingredient design is optimized.It is concluded that NTHPC with FD-1 possesses excellent ability of anti-freezing.
