碳五馏分分离及其阻聚剂的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来用于碳五馏分分离的工艺方法及其阻聚剂与阻聚机理,并简述了碳五双烯的主要用途。在现有的阻聚剂中,硝氧基物质、羟胺类、酚类和醌类是主要的作用成分,同时也常互相复配或与其他物质复配使用以达到更好的阻聚效果。其中具有稳定的硝氧基结构的物质是目前阻聚剂开发的主要方向,羟胺类和多元酚类物质也有比较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Inhibitors used presently in C_5 separation were reviewed.The inhibition mechanisms,tech- nologies of C_5 separation and applications of main C5 dienes were discussed.At present,materials composing nitrogen and oxygen,hydroxylamines,phenols and quinones are effective components in various inhibitors,which are usually used in mixtures others for better results.In the further,inhibi- tors composing nitrogen and oxygen are the leading research directions.Hydroxylamines and multiple phenols are also potential ones.
