德阳电网无功电压自动控制系统研究

摘    要:德阳电网无功电源充足,调度自动化水平高,具备无功电压自动控制改造的条件。基于地调/中心站结构的无功电压控制将决策权与监控权分开。地调针对优化控制目标,采用优化算法,制定控制策略自动对设备进行控制,中心站则对控制命令进行监控,并可在特殊情况下制定本区域控制策略并执行。德阳电网无功电压控制改造可考虑采用这种结构。优化算法采用Alopex算法和遗传算法结合的新算法,计算速度快,易收敛到全局最优,已被证明是可行的。

Abstract:The reactive power source of Deyang power grid is sufficient and the dispatching automation level is high,so the conditions required by the transformation of the reactive power/voltage automatic control have been provided.The reactive power/voltage control based on the structure of district dispatching/center station could separate the decision-making authority from the supervisory authority.Aiming at the object of optimal control,the district dispatching adopts the optimization algorithm and makes out the control strategy that could control the equipments automatically,the center station is responsible for the supervisory control of control commands.The architecture is suitable for reactive power/voltage transformation of Deyang power grid.The optimization algorithm adopts a new algorithm combined Alopex algorithm with genetic algorithm,and it has faster computing speed,is easier to converge to global optimal solution and has proved to be feasible.
