风疹减毒活疫苗与基因工程乙肝疫苗同时或分别接种的免疫效果

BRDⅡ株风疹减毒活疫苗和基因工程乙肝疫苗同时或分别接种于4～5年前已进行血源乙肝疫苗基础免疫的儿童，结果表明，同时与分别接种的免疫应答类似，临床反应均轻微。2组乙肝疫苗加强免疫后，抗-HBs含量≥mIU／ml者所占的比例和几何均值均有明显提高。

Immune Effect of Simultaneous or Seperate Administration of Live Attenuated Rubella Vaccine and Recombinant Hepatitis B Vaccine

The children immunized with blood-derived HB vaccine 4～5 years ago were randoraly divided into R,H and HR groups and addrinistered .ith live attenuated rubella vaccine prepared with BRD Ⅱ strain,recombinant hepatitis B (HB) vaccine and live attenuated rubella vaccine plus recombinant HB vaccine respectively. In HR group,the 2 kinds of vaccines were injected in right and left arms respectively. No significant difference was found be tween the anti-HBs levels of H and HR groups or the HI antibody levels of R and HR groups. All the adverse reactions of the 3 groups were drild. The proportion of cases with the anti-HBs levels of≥10mIu/ml and GMTs of H and HR groups were significantly increased It indicated that the immune response to HB was not interfered by the simultaneous administration of HB and rubella vaccines.
