建筑策划操作体系：从理论到实践的实现

本文以建筑学和系统科学为主要理论依据，将建筑策划视为建筑行业基本建设程序中不可或缺的基本环节和建筑整体化设计的有机组成部分，对其动态发展进行深入研究并提出建筑策划操作体系的概念，并由此推演出建筑策划操作体系模型，文章对美国建筑策划操作体系模型的运行进行探讨。分析其优势与不足，最后，指出我国建筑策划操作体系发展面临的主要问题。

Operation System of Architectural Programming: Realization from the Theory to the Practice

The development of contemporary architectural industry in China requires architectural programming as an indispensable link during the construction procedure and an organic component of the architectural integrate design.Based on a series of professions of architectural programming in respect of academic research,support,and organization as well as the theory of architecture and system science, this paper deeply researches the dynamic development of architecture programming, and hence,puts forward the concept and model of architectural programming operation system,This paper analyzes both strengths and weakness of model of architectural programming operation system in the United States and puts forward the major problems and urgencies architectural programming development faces in China.
