基于UG/Open GRIP的面对面倾斜度误差的处理和评定

摘    要:介绍了面对面平面度误差和倾斜度误差的评定方法,阐述了算法原理,采用简易法、最小二乘法和三点法3种算法评定平面度误差,然后再评定倾斜度误差.在UG环境中,应用UG/Open GRIP语言编制出评定平面度误差和面对面倾斜度误差的可视化界面,形成方便用户操作的功能模块,能对任意一组测量数据进行处理和评定,实现了对误差的准确测量.

Abstract:The methods for assessing the face-to-face flatness error and gradient error are presented and the principle of the algorithm is expounded. Three kinds of algorithms including simple method, least square method and three-point method, are used to assess the flatness error and gradient error. In UG environment, UG/Open GRIP language is applied to work out a visual interface to assess the flatness error and gradient error, and to form a function module, which can process and evaluate a set of data and achieve the accurate result of the error. c
