PLC在炉温控制系统中的应用

加热是冶炼过程中必不可少的重要环节,加热好坏直接影响着钢材的质量和生产成本,所以有一个良好的炉温控制系统至关重要。文中设计了一种基于PLC的炉温控制系统,该系统通过控制空燃比来达到对炉内煤气的充分燃烧,控制温度、减少污染、控制成本。

The Application of PLC in Furnace Temperature Control System

Heating is an essential critical link in smelting process and the heating quality directly influences the steel quality and production cost. So it is of critical importance to have a good furnace temperature control system. This paper has designed a furnace temperature control system based on PLC which sufficiently burns gases inside the furnace by controlling air-fuel ratio to control temperature,reduce contamination and control cost.
