基于PLC控制的恒压供风系统的设计

摘    要:文中所设计的基于PLC控制的恒压供风系统能对矿井的供风系统进行改善。它是以PLC与变频器为核心构成的双闭环系统,实时监测网管压力、空气质量和变频器控制电机的转速情况,再经PID的运算、调节。通过PLC自动控制电机的变频运行和工频运行的切换,以及投入电机的台数,达到电机的高效、节能、安全的运行要求,提高矿井中的供风质量。

Abstract:This design is for the mine ventilation system to improve air supply system based on PLC control constant.The design is based on dual-loop system constitutes the core of the PLC and inverter,real-time monitoring of network pressure,air quality and inverter control the speed of the motor,and then by the PID operation,adjustment. Frequency operation and working through PLC automatic control motor switching frequency operation,and put the number of motor units,to achieve high efficiency,energy saving,safe operation of the motor required to improve the quality of the mine for the wind.
