高压架空线路入地改造的工程投资与土地收益分析

摘    要:由于城市土地开发利用、公众影响以及景观原因,城市中心区内部分现有高压架空线路有急迫入地改造或迁改需求。入地改造工程极大地改善了土地开发条件,增加了土地收益。高压架空线路入地改造投资极大,改造技术和运行可靠性等要求高,单单依靠电力部门推进中心城区高压架空线路规模化改造是极其困难的。文中从入地改造投资规模和土地利用效益等方面客观分析了架空线路入地改造工程,以使高压配网配套建设满足中心城区集约土地和社会资源的需求。

Abstract:As urban land exploitation,public impact and landscape reasons,some of the existing high voltage overhead lines in the city center have the urgency needs to be underlay reconstruction or moved. Underlay reconstruction project has greatly improved the condition of the land development and increased the land revenue. Because high voltage overhead lines underlay reconstruction has a great investment,it is extremely difficult for power sector alone to promote the high voltage overhead lines underlay scale reconstruction in central city. The paper takes an objective analysis of the overhead lines underlay reconstruction project from the underlay reconstruction investment scale,land use efficiency and other aspects,to make the construction of the high- pressure distribution network meet the demands of central urban land conservation and social resources conservation.
