矿井自然直流漏电保护的研究

摘    要:由于煤矿井下的环境特殊,井下供电系统漏电不仅会造成作业人员触电,还有可能造成瓦斯爆炸,甚至引爆电气雷管,损坏电气设备,因此井下低压电网必须设置漏电保护装置,不仅可快速切断故障线路,而且可以缩小漏电事故停电范围。文章分析了漏电前后电气量的变化,采用自然直流的漏电保护方法,使用单片机作为控制核心,结合各种抗干扰方法,设计了井下选择性漏电保护装置。

Abstract:Because of the special environment of coal mine,underground power supply system leakage will not only cause the operators of electric shock,and may cause gas explosion,even detonate electric detonators,damage to electrical equipment,so the low voltage underground power system must be set leakage protection device selection,not only can quickly cut off the fault line,but also can reduce the leakage accident off range. This paper analyzed the change before and after the electrical leakage,leakage protection method of DC,using single chip microcomputer as control core,combined with a variety of anti-jamming measures,the selective leakage protection of underground plant design.
