东南地区村镇建筑防火特点和城镇化建设应采取的防火对策

当前我国在着力推动城镇化建设,赋予社会发展新动力,筑牢城镇化建设的消防安全基础是切实构建美丽和谐的新型城镇的一项十分重要的措施。为了给当前东南地区推进城镇化建设过程中的消防安全工作提供参考,笔者通过自身从事防火监督工作多年积累的经验和认识,分析当前东南地区村镇火灾形势、火灾原因和防火措施存在的问题,提出在消防规划和村镇建筑设计、村镇防火工作制度两大方面可以采取的一系列防火对策,包括实施消防规划、采取建筑防火技术措施、配备消防设施器材和人员力量、建立健全防火安全制度,落实各项消防措施等方面,能够有效提升和巩固村镇消防安全工作基础。

Fire prevention countermeasures that should be adopted in construction of building fire protection and urban villages in Southeast China

Our current efforts in promoting the urbanization construction, given new impetus for social development, the basis of fire safety in building construction of urbanization is an important measure to build a new town in a beautiful and harmonious. In order to provide a reference to the current southeast areas to promote fire safety work process in the course of urbanization, the accumulation of fire supervision work experience and understanding through its own en- gaged, analyses the problems of the cause of the fire and the fire prevention measures, rural fire situation in southeast area of problems, put forward a series of countermeasures can be taken in the planning and design of rural buildings, fire rural fire prevention system of two aspects, including the implementation of the plan for fire protection, technical measures, building fire with fire facilities equipment and personnel strength, establish and improve the fire safety system, implement the fire protection measures, can effectively improve and consolidate the ruralfire safety work.
