碎石型页岩陶粒混凝土的力学性能和工作性能研究

摘    要:本文主要研究了粉煤灰掺量、骨料粒径、骨料处理工艺和砂率对碎石型页岩陶粒混凝土的工作性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:在一定范围内,粉煤灰的使用和骨料的预湿都能在不影响混凝土强度的同时,增加混凝土的工作性能;减小骨料粒径会增加混凝土的强度,但是会降低混凝土坍落度;砂率在不高于0.4时,随着砂率的增加,混凝土的工作性能和力学性能均变好。

Abstract:This paper mainly studied the defect of dosage of fly ash, aggregate diameter, aggregate processing technology of gravel and sand rate on working performance and mechanical performance of gravel type shale ceramsite concrete. The results show that under the optimized conditions, ttle use of fly ash and aggregate prewetting do not affect the concrete strength, but increase its working performance. Reducing the aggregate particle size increases the strength of concrete, but it will reduce concrete slump. When sand rate is not higher than 0.4, the larger the sand ratio is, the better the working performance and the mechanical properties of concrete are.
