摘    要:介绍了国内外实型铸造涂料技术的发展现状,针对汽车冲模铸件实型铸造的要求,选用高铝矾土熟料和鳞片状石墨粉为骨料,充分利用石墨粉耐火度高和铝矾土耐火度适当的特性合理配置,采用正交试验设计法,找出影响涂料性能的主要因素,还研究了涂料制备方法,突破了搅拌机为主的传统涂料生产方式,提出球磨机制备涂料新工艺。最终研制出实型铸造新型涂料,既达到高的抗粘砂能力和耐高温性能,又降低成本。经过骨料及各种添加剂的优化调配,形成强流变性流体,与泡沫塑料模型润湿性及涂刷性均达到较好状态,实践证明,该涂料经过2遍涂刷就可达到1.5 mm以上涂料厚度,能满足大型铸件的抗粘砂要求及搬运需要。

Abstract:The development status of EPC paint in domestic and foreign were introduced. According to the request of cavityless casting the die of automotive parts,high alumina bauxite and flake graphite were chosen to be aggregate. Taken full advantage of the high refractoriness of Graphite powder and the proper refractoriness of Alumina refractory,orthogonal design method was used to find out the main factors influencing the paint properties. A new process was also researched and development to use ball mill for preparing the paint instead of using blender. As a result,a new paint used in cavityless casting was developed. It has high anti adhesive ability and high temperature resistant performance with low costs. Through the optimization of aggregate and various additives,high rheological fluid was deployed. It has a high brushability and excellent wettability to the foam model. It has been found that this paint forms 1.5 mm thickness after applying twice which meets the requirements of anti-sticking sand and handling needs of large casting.
