基于无线传输多点温度采集系统的设计探讨

摘    要:随着计算机网络控制技术水平不断提升,数据采集和监控中心在工业活动中逐渐得到认可和推广。文中主要针对一种利用无线传输手段拓展的多点温度采集系统结构模型,实现包括系统设计在内的全面技术分析,并详细阐述温度传感装置对温度信号的采集方式,结合单片机和上位机的同期显示功能,完成不同点位置和上位机的科学检测目标。该类检测结构设计形式比较简单,使用方便,对于工业自动化改造和温度测量精准化改良具有必要的辅助价值。

Abstract:Based on the computer network control technology level promotes ceaselessly,the data acquisition and monitoring center has been gradually recognized and promoted in industrial activities. Structure model of multi-point temperature gathering system in this paper is aimed at using a wireless transmission means to expand the implementation of comprehensive analysis technique,including system design,and detailed temperature sensor acquisition of temperature signals,combined with SCM and PC synchronization display function,complete the scientific detection target of different positions and upper PC. The detection of structural design is relatively simple,and easy to use,have aided the value necessary for industrial automation reform and temperature measurement precision improvement.
