摘    要:压花机压制过程中压力很大,在使用过程中发现机架某些部位会产生裂纹.运用COSMOS仿真软件对该结构分析,从压花机运动仿真入手,得到有限元分析所需准确的边界条件与约束.在此基础上进行了压花机机架有限元分析.结果表明,其危险区域并非严格的对称分布,主要集中在边角处及螺纹孔处.经多次的改进、分析比较,最终确定出一种能节省材料又使最大应力减小的方案.
